High School Football is a great past-time for players, coaches, cheerleaders, band members, spectators and the like. The John Paty Memorial Run is a fun celebration of this great Amercian past time. Former SHS football legend, Coach John Paty was a great influence on many lives and will be for generations to come with his investment into the SHS Football program. Come Join with friends and family of your SHS community and enjoy a morning of exercise and support.

The race will start and finish in the SHS parking lot. The event begins at 8 AM, so plan to get there early. Race day registrations/packet pick up will begin at 7:15 AM. Each runner will receive a premium JPMR/SHS t-shirt along with a collection of materials from our Sponsors. Overall winners will be awarded for Men's 1st place and Women's 1st Place. Door prizes will be randomly drawn from all entries given by our sponsors. If you can't make the run this year, be sure to register as a 'Virtual Supporter' and get your SHS 2012 t-shirt mailed to you.

"Anyone associated or crossed paths with Coach John Paty knows that he had a passion for kids, football, running and excercise.  He inspired thousands of his student athletes to not only compete and do their best, but also to take care of their bodies.  Nearly every day you would see Coach going for his daily run.  We would love for anyone that was inspired by Coach Paty or anyone else who shares his passion of running and a healthy lifestyle to come out and join in on the fun. The entire Sprayberry family and community looks forward to seeing you!"
